Marilles and the daily newspaper Menorca publish a book on fishing in Menorca 

Marilles Foundation, in collaboration with the daily newspaper Menorca, has published the book Pescadors i mariscadors (Fishermen and Seafood Collectors). Written by Antoni Olives Camps, this work is a compilation of 40 articles published over the last few years in the newspaper that deal with fishing, shellfishing, and the marine culture of Menorca.   

The director of Marilles Foundation Aniol Esteban, the author of the work Antoni Olives Camps, and the director of Menorca Josep Pons Fraga presented the book at an event held at the Thalassa Maritime Heritage Interpretation Centre, in Es Castell. During the presentation, Esteban emphasized the importance of conducting proper management of the island's marine protected areas (MPAs), recalling the need to extend the marine reserve in the north of Menorca and to improve its surveillance
