Aligning strategies, planning for a challenging year and strengthening our bonds as a team. These were the three objectives we wanted to achieve in a new Marilles retreat.
The whole team came together for two days of intense work at the finca Es Cabàs, in Santa Maria del Camí (Mallorca). We thank the wonderful staff for a lovely welcome and Bernardo García Izquierdo who has been our guide and mentor during this enriching process.
